The advantages of copper pipe

Pure copper - T3 red copper tube, copper purity ≥99.70. Good electrical conductivity, heat conduction, corrosion resistance and processing properties, can be welded and brazed. However, it contains more impurities that reduce electric and thermal conductivity, and oxygen content is higher than T2, which is more likely to cause "hydrogen disease" and can not be used at high temperature (such as gt; 370℃) in reducing atmosphere processing (annealing, welding, etc.) and use.
Phosphorus deoxidized copper tube TU1/ The United States copper C10200/ Japan copper C1020: also known as 1# oxygen-free copper, copper purity is greater than 99.95% oxygen content is not greater than 0.03%, the total content of impurities is not greater than 0.05%, is a kind of high conductivity, processing performance and welding performance, corrosion resistance and low temperature performance are good materials.
Phosphorus deoxidized copper - copper tube TU2 (Japanese standard copper tube C1011) : also known as oxygen-free copper, copper purity purity 99.95%, oxygen content is not greater than 0.003%, the total content of impurities is not greater than 0.05%. No hydrogen embrittlement, high conductivity, good processing and welding performance, corrosion resistance and low temperature performance. Suitable for power supply, communication and electronic products and other industries with pipes and fittings.
Oxygen-free copper - gb red copper tube TP1 (Japanese standard red copper tube C1201), GB red copper tube TP2 (Japanese standard red copper tube C1220) : also known as phosphorous deoxidized copper, copper content ≥99.9%. Good ductility, extrusion, welding, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, especially suitable for welding. Suitable for air conditioning, refrigerators, heat exchangers, refrigeration and heating industries with pipes and fittings.
