What is the difference between hot galvanized sheet and galvanized sheet?
Hot galvanized sheet is the cold rolled sheet immersed in molten zinc bath in order to adhere to a layer of zinc on its surface of the steel plate, mainly through continuous galvanizing process production, that is, continuous uncoiling steel plate immersed in the melting of zinc pot to make galvanized steel plate.
Electric galvanized sheet, also called electrolysis board, commonly known as cold galvanized sheet, it used electrolytic method, with zinc ingot as anode, cathode steel belt, zinc atom after losing electrons into the state and dissolve into the electrolyte ions, zinc ions from strip on the reduction of electron of zinc atoms deposited onto the surface of the steel belt, forming a layer of uniform, dense, combined with good metal or alloy deposits, In this way, galvanized sheet is made.
Different processing technology
Hot galvanized sheet usually use chill plate as raw material, and the annealing process in galvanized steel strip continuous hot galvanizing production line implementation, steel strip in annealing furnace gas protection after recrystallization annealing treatment, its work hardening and the internal stress is eliminated, the strength and plasticity has also changed to some extent, i.e., the intensity is reduced, the plastic enhanced, more conducive to stamping forming.
Galvanized plate is also cold hard plate as raw material, without annealing process directly cold plate galvanized process, the finished product basically maintains the same mechanical performance as cold hard plate, strength is greater than hot galvanized plate, but the plasticity is relatively poor, is not good for stamping molding.
