Vale's salobo copper in Brazil has resumed operation. Previously, the fire in salobo affected the normal operation of the ore conveyor belt. Fortunately, it did not cause casualties and environmental damage. Salobo suspended its operation on October 5, and the output impact of the suspension of copper concentrate production was about 8000 tons. Vale expects to increase its copper concentrate production in salobo by October 25. At present, the cause of the fire is under investigation.
 

In the third quarter of 2021, the output of salobo copper was 38000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 16.3% and a month on month decrease of 1.8%.
